Stepping onto the ground floor, you are greeted by a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for eight guests. A stylish gas floating fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while high-quality central air ensures each room is individually climate-controlled for maximum comfort.

The villa features a fully integrated sound system, with speakers that can be controlled individually in each area. Large openings provide direct access to the pool area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces and offering mesmerizing views at every turn.

Bedroom 1: This master bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, along with a bathtub. This bedroom also features floor-to-ceiling closets, an automatic shutter, and direct pool access.

Lower Floor 

Descending to the lower floor, you will find the playroom, the sauna, and the remaining two bedrooms, along with a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. 

The playroom features a 65” TV, a PlayStation 5, and a sofa that can accommodate two additional guests. This space also features a treadmill, mats, and free weights to maintain your routine during your stay.  

Strolling down the hall, you will find the relaxing sauna, featuring a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

Bedroom 3: This studio bedroom features a double-size bed (1.40m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a sofa, accommodating an additional guest, a kitchenette, a floor-to-ceiling closet, a TV, and direct access to the outdoor space. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, along with a TV, and a floor-to-ceiling closet.
